  I just want to say we had great customer service today and we would definitely drive 2 1/2 hours again to come here! The store was clean and everyone was very helpful and even helped us load the kayak in our truck. As for the previous review from Jen. I don’t agree with her post or them purposely blocking their door. My son and I walked down to Greater’s for ice cream. I noticed that there was plenty of seating down at Greaters to eat ice cream. You can clearly tell they blocked these doors just to be rude and hinder their buisness! PS). I checked out the benches in front of the store and they are pretty sweet!! :)

  Staff are very helpful, great selection of ski and board equipment and apparel. Bought some fabulous floral ski pants 😎

  The experience was exceptional! Sales expert Mitch spent 2 hours with me trying to find the perfect ski boots. Even when the store has closed, we spent an additional half an hour to go through one more pair and Mitch gave me all the time until I am confident in the purchase. One of the best sales experts I’ve met in my shopping experience so far. Good variety of ski boots and very good discounts on some of the items. I’ve got exactly what I wanted (Fischer boots as they are the official dealer of Fischers). Will come back for other ski related purchases!

  Vertical Drop is knowledgeable and customer friendly. Best ski shop in the Tri-State hands down. Thanks for getting me ready for Breck this year!
