Loveland Church On the Hill

I went in to this store today with a shattered phone and was told by the gentleman working that he may not be able to save what was in my phone. Including over 10,000 photos. Pictures of loved ones that are no longer here. I was devastated. He worked his magic and was able to save everything! I just want to say thank you to Erik! The metro employee who helped me out tremendously today! Employee of the year! Give this kid a raise!

I have been dealing with MetroPCS for many years 20+ and have never been so satisfied with service, Erik took care of me. He showed much knowledge of all products in his store, generally caring about the customers satisfaction is noticed in his way of being, I'd give 10 more stars if I could. Thank you Erik it was a pleasure buying from you wish you was in my side of town I would do more business with you anytime.

Tabatha was amazing. I walked into a clean, well maintained store, she was already working with another customer, she greeted me with a smile and when it was my turn, she was very patient while I explained what I was looking for in a phone and helped me find the best one for my budget. She took her time with every customer and dealt with some very rude, entitled people. Her demeanor never changed, she stayed happy and helpful the entire time, no matter who she was working with. I went to 3 other locations and Tabatha was the only person to actually make me feel comfortable enough to stay and get what I needed. Definitely a great employee and I will not be going to any other location in the future.
