  I bought a Glastron 2008 DS 215 deck boat. It had low hours, around 350-370. Because of the age, it was sold as is, with no warranty, but they assured me it would be water ready upon pick-up. We tested everything out before leaving and everything checked out running it at idle with a water hose connected to the motor. First trip out, it was stalling and spitting/sputtering. My first thought was well, great, no warranty, sold as is, so it's on me. I went ahead and called them back to see what they would say. They told me to bring it back and they would fix it at there cost and that they honor their word of having it ready for me and my family. You don't find a lot of places like that now, so I was thoroughly impressed with that. It ended up being the fuel pump. It would run at idle, but when trying to give it gas to speed up, it would star e the motor and it would die. I got it back yesterday and took it back out on the water. It ran great. I can't thank these guys enough for being honest and fair to their buyers. Thank you all.

  Given that it's the summer of COVID and we've had to cancel several vacations in the last couple of months, we decided to look for a boat. Every boat we found (at least 20) that we liked was either already spoken for, sold or there was a list of people a mile long to look at it, meaning we would never get the chance to purchase.
  
  I found Captain's Cove Marina by accident online and we saw a boat they had that met our needs and our budget. We called about it, fully expecting that it would already be spoken for - but... it wasn't! We live 2 hours away from New Richmond and Kevin (who is absolutely AMAZING!!) was willing to do a video chat (first one he'd done to sell a boat and he was a real pro!) and show us around the boat and answer any questions. He was honest about EVERYTHING - even things that may have been a not so good quality about the boat.
  
  He was willing to work with us and let us put a hold on the boat until we could get there to see it in person and give it a test drive. When we got there, we were greeted with smiles from everyone and the biggest one from Kevin! He was so personable and helpful through it all - he showed us how to do everything with our boat and even took a picture of us with our new toy!
  
  Though we didn't get to go on any of our planned vacations, we now get to make our own vacation at lakes around us and enjoy the summer anyways! Thanks so much to Captains Cove Marina and especially to Kevin!
  
  We will be back when we need to upgrade!!

  My husband and I had been looking to buy a newer boat for awhile when we stumbled across a used boat at Captains Cove and after reading the excellent reviews online we decided it was worth the trip from Frankfort to Cincinnati to check out the boat. This place is awesome and they take care of their customers. We bought our boat from them and they told us they will besure the boat was serviced and ready for us to pick up and that being a used boat it did not come with a warranty. Well we had the boat for about 2 weeks and went to the lake one time and the shifter cable went out. My husband called and spoke with Kevin and Kevin told my husband they would fix it at no charge to us but it would be about a week because this time a year they are very busy. My husband said he would go ahead and fix it just so we would have it running by the following weekend. Kevin agreed to reimburse my husband for the part. Kevin not only reimbursed him for the part he gave him extra for his time. Now I know why they have excellent reviews because they take care of their customers. My family and I will definitely continue doing business at Captains Cove. Thank you Kevin for taking excellent care of us.

  Very nice and professional. Willing to negotiate to beat competitors pricing. Were not harassing at all. Great selection of boats. Thanks again and looking forward to the family memories and professional relationship for years to come.
