The whole staff were knowledgeable and helpful and most importantly honest.

They didn’t ask me to get more work done that wasn’t needed. I was brought into their shop and shown what exactly was wrong. I never felt pressure to do something unimportant.

Prices were not outlandish. Everything was explained to me by the staff and I felt good walking out to functioning tires.

I recently moved to the area and was hesitant about having my car serviced at a place different than my usual, but I am SO glad that I came here. William was so friendly and thoroughly listened to all of my needs. Never in my life have I had a mechanic physically show me the issues on my car, but Dom along with the other kind men allowed me to see the parts of my car that needed work! The pricing was also very fair and reasonable. This place will definitely be my new and improved “usual” spot to get my car serviced!! Highly recommend.

They were very Honest- went to the Edison location on route 1- telling me what they would try - to fix the rim of the wheel by banging one small area back into shape- saying not sure is going to work -so they let me know upfront- and very helpful in fixing a seal where air was leaking from my tire.
Any tire issues I always will come to Mr Tire for my first choice. Very helpful.

I moved out of Edison but still drive up here for oil changes and everything. The folks here are super friendly and go out of their way to make you feel like family. John helped me out so much today when my car needed a lot of repairs to help me afford everything. Dave has also been super nice for many years which is why I still go out of my way to get my car stuff done here.
