“I have been doing CrossFit for almost two years now. I love to drop in at different boxes when I travel. I had the pleasure of dropping in at CrossFit Continuity two days in a row. Though it is a small space, they maximize it and make it work. I really enjoyed the workouts both days (fun, long Thanksgiving workout!). Additionally, all of the gym members knew each other by name and it seemed like a great community. Coaches were helpful and kind. Excited to drop in again the next time I'm in the area!”
