“We have had an ongoing leak problem with the roof of our sun room. A “repair” preformed the previous year by At Your Service Roofing did not solve the problem. I contacted At Your Service Roofing and a newly hired project manager, Brent, came out to address my situation. I found Brent to be very personable and I could tell that he wanted my concerns addressed and the repair done properly. Brent determined the damage was due to ice buildup causing water to seep under the shingles. Brent came out later in the week with a roofer who looked at the problem and determined the proper fix for my situation. Brent assured me the roofer would be out later to address the leak. True to his word the roofer was back out with a helper. The roofer felt confident that my problem was fixed and I too am hopeful my sun room will stay dry. Over all this encounter with At Your Service Roofing was far superior to my first encounter and am giving Brent and At Your Service Roofing a hearty thumbs up. I have it on my calendar for a follow up review with the pros and cons next year at this time.”
