“I have a 2000 Oldsmobile that needed new rocker panels badly. With it being an old car no one could buy new ones. I took it everywhere but couldn't get new ones. I took it to Brittians and they custom made them for my car. They also found a motor part that was bad and installed that and painted the rockers and washed my car and fixed my turn signal that had burned out. They had my car ready for me when I came in. They charged me a much lower price for everything than I had expected. The staff was wonderful and accommodating to me. They did a wonderful job. I would tell everyone to go to them because they do wonderful work. Five stars for Brittians.”

“This was the first time I ever hit an animal or had to use my insurance because I got into an accident. Since I was new to this I was so thankful that Floyd’s was handling my car because they made the process so easy. They contacted my insurance multiple times a week sometimes twice a day depending on the situation and they got my car back to me before my rental ran out. They did amazing work!!! I would never have noticed that my car was in an accident. Everything looks perfect. I even took my car back to them when I had a screw in my tire and they patched it in less than 20 minutes. “Steve and the guys he has working for him now we're extremely helpful with trying to find the right fit bike for my son. Unfortunately the bike we hoped would be a good size/fit didn't end up working out. Not bc it had anything wrong, my son just wasn't as experienced as to ride a bigger bike that he wasn't that familiar with. Steve didn't give me any issues with giving me the money back. And his employee brought the bike to us and picked it up when we decided it wasn't gonna work. Nobody's perfect and people make mistakes and stuff comes up that pushes us behind on tasks. And I don't feel it's fair for people to give STEVE'S shop a bad rating bc of his employee's wrong doings. That's where a 3* comes in not 1*.”
