The infrared sauna here is amazing. You get a nice private room with plenty of towels, it's very clean, and super relaxing. No one disturbs your appointment, and it's super quiet. They also have water available upon request. Great place, I'll continue to return!

I had been wanting to try the infrared sauna for quite some time, and have heard such great things. I met Jenna (the owner) a few months ago through a mutual friend and recently asked her about the infrared sauna. She told me about her personal experience and I knew after hearing from her that I had to try it out. I finally went this week and I cannot even fully express how truly wonderful the experience was, but I will do my best to try to. I was only in there for 15 minutes, so I didn’t select every single color option (each color does something different for you). I rotated between the 4 colors that I needed the most (strong blue, blue, green, and violet). I have a lot of anxiety and I’m always stressed out. I have to say, I was so calm and relaxed, and felt it working within 2 minutes of being in the sauna. My mood drastically improved and I felt so relaxed- and that continued for the rest of the evening. I have a lot of muscle tension and pain and I was pain free for hours after leaving the sauna. I will definitely be going back. And warning: once you try it, you will become addicted and want to go back. I really think this has the potential to change your life, but I feel that one needs to go frequently to really benefit from it.
