I had a complication ordering veterinary-authorized food from Chewy today, and Ms Sarah at the front desk moved mountains communicating with the medical staff to ensure that our food would finally be delivered to us as soon as possible! (May 3, 2023, 11:33 am)My beagle ruby had been going there since she was a puppy in 2006. At that time Dr Randall was there. Ruby has been to sandstone and emerald. On August 23 of this year my ruby had a stroke and I took her to Dr. Smith and she was euthanized. My heart was broken, she was almost 17. Dr. Smith and her staff were so comforting to ruby as well as me. I would never go anywhere else. This staff is the very best.
