Brides By the Falls is well stocked with a variety of beautiful wedding gowns and veils that are well displayed. It is clean, comfortable, and a great choice of places to visit!
The Brides By the Falls staff are as fun, patient, warm and welcoming, as they are obviously knowledgeable professionals. They took time to listen to the bride throughout our visit, offer great alternatives (not up-sales), and helped her find the perfect ensemble to wear on her wedding day!
Not once did the bride or I feel uncomfortable, rushed or pressured like we had at other stores, and instead felt welcomed and at-ease throughout our visit. Our guests in attendance were equally impressed!

I had such a great experience at Bride by the Falls! Everything from the initial appointment down to my dress fitting was lovely! Everyone was so sweet, took the time to work with me, and made sure everything was what I wanted. I appreciated Jennifer’s patience when I narrowed it down to two and kept trying them on until I could make up my mind! I love the dress I ended up choosing and never doubted that it was everything I wanted. It truly fit like a glove! My first dress appointment was at Bride by the Falls, I found my dress there, and cancelled my other appointments! Thank you guys for everything!

It was an absolute pleasure and delight working with this bridal shop. The selections are exquisite, the shop is gorgeous, there’s a ton of support from staff and even other customers. It was a wonderful experience. I purchased my dress in 2019 and due to Covid and pregnancy I had to put my wedding off until 11.1.22. There were still extremely helpful and my alternations were gorgeous.

I originally made an appointment with my mom to look at mother of the bride dresses. However, my mom found a mother of the bride dress a few days before the appointment but we still wanted to come and look at their bridesmaid dress selection. Jennifer was absolutely amazing. She was so flexible and worked with us to find the perfect bridesmaid dress that fits my wedding style and color palette. I ended up walking out with two flower girl dresses and a veil too. I am so happy and impressed with Brides by the Falls and will recommend it to my other friends who are getting married.

I had a wonderful experience at Brides By The Falls. Margaret helped me through the whole process of ordering in specific dresses I saw on their website. They have a wide selection of dresses made with real silk which set them apart from the rest of the bridal stores in the Cleveland area. The shop itself is lovely and I found my dress within an hour of being there. They were able to rush the order for my upcoming wedding in Europe. Forever grateful!
