  I was really blown away by my first class experience at Crown Acura on Brook Park Road .,,my salesman was Matthew Dodok. Basically I have had very little previous knowledge about the Acura brand and Matthew the salesman is highly highly knowledgeable and I was just very impressed with him as well as the Acura cars. I was looking at the RDX..it is beyond loaded with features and extras ...very high tech ..and at the absolute top of the class. Matthew the salesman was not only not annoying, he was extremely likable and pleasant to work with. Highly knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and definitely somebody you would like to build a relationship with for being a car owner and stopping by for service or car washes and staying in touch on the latest accurate technology and future auto purchases etc. Matthew is also clearly honest and hard-working. I wish I could give a rating higher than A+ for Matthew and for Acura. I definitely recommend!!!

  Purchased my TLX from Crown 3 months ago and I couldn’t be any happier with the efficiency and level of service we received.
  
  We were helped by Mike S on a Monday when we were “just looking”. We mentioned to him that we had a couple of other stops to compare vehicles that we were considering and he appreciated our process and respected our need to see other options. After being snubbed at the Lexus dealership and visited the outdated Toyota dealership down the road, we quickly found our way back in Mike’s office. We explored options and discussed ways to proceed.
  
  After a few of days, we decided on our vehicle and set an appointment with Mike. We were out in 2 hours and we were in our new vehicle that day.
  
  I returned to get my windows tinted and remote-start installed, the service department will impress you in its efficiency and the way they treat their customers.
  
  Overall, AMAZING experience! Treat yourself and get an Acura. Value your time and get it at Crown.

  I would like to thank Matthew Dodok of Crown Acura with making my purchase of a new vehicle an enjoyable one. I made multiple visits to Crown and test drove 2 different models. Matthew answered all my questions on both models. He was very knowledgeable, patient and professional. He impresses me and I am not easily impressed. I will be buying my next car from Matthew at Crown Acura.

  Vince Cuffaro is absolutely the best car salesperson we have ever worked with. He processed almost everything over the phone and was able to manage our trade-in and purchase at lightning speed. We are thrilled with our new car, received a great price for our trade in, and highly recommend Crown Acura and Vince.

  By far the easiest, nicest dealer experience I've had to date. Vince was very open, professional and helpful throughout the whole process. None of the typical used car dealership trying to screw you over, none of the four-square chart, none of the pressure to trade in a car. It was nice of them to detail the car before I picked it up. I doubt I'll be back as I don't buy Acuras (I bought a Volkswagen), but I will use this experience to set the bar for future interactions with dealerships.
