My need was limited to acquiring some advice on trusts, so my experience was a sole consulting appointment .

Initially, before going to the appointment, I had some reservations; but found that that was due to the design of their computer system, and how it automatically generates emails; engagement letter, billing etc.. I thought it felt aggressive.

However, when getting their I found the staff to be nice, courteous and friendly.

What was more important was meeting Atty. Carson. He is not like any of the attorney stereotypes. I found him pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. And I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
