(May 2, 2019, 12:19 am)I've been going here for years. I've been on HRT for 12 years to date and Van Auken is not my first doctor, but he is my most well respected one. I don't sing high praise of most. I filed a complaint with Thomas Murphy to the Ohio State medical board, Spirnack is a nut job, and a shoddy one at that, John O'Dea lost some of my medical records, and a Endo formerly in Columbus felt insulted I proved her wrong with my own blood tests to back up my claims.
If you want to get in and out, get the first appointments of the day. Otherwise don't come here. At this clinic, the doctors care about patients, and they go for extend periods of time to make sure the needs of the patients are met. You will wait for a long time, but you will get the absolute best treatment by a staff that genuinely cares. But if you just want in and out, go somewhere else.
