  Great service, but LOYALTY counts for nothing to them... I was with them for 3years and I paid GOOD money, I'm talking 110-130 dollars a month! Then when I needed a new phone, I tried to see if I could get one for free since they were giving them away practically by the dozens. They tell me nope I would have to pay 80dollars for a new phone, with only like 3gb of storage space, even though I was eligible for an upgrade and WAY overdue for one. Overall, great service but not so great in the way they treat their customers. EVERYONE should be able to get a free phone and not just new commers, especially if it's needed.
