One of the Service Maintenance, Gary McElwain, came out to work on an issue we were having with our Toshiba. He was courteous and got right to work once he arrived. When he finished fixing the machine, he explained what had happened and what he did to remedy the problem. We rely quite a bit on our Toshiba so I was happy they got to us so quickly and had it up and running in no time.
Life in a high school would be much more difficult without the remarkable support we receive from the Toshiba service staff. They arrive in a timely manner, work efficiently, and are always friendly to the school's teachers and staff. We are all thankful to have such a great team keeping the copies coming!

Jay Eckert is the best! He is our Service Technician for the copiers in the Stark County Probate Court. His service is outstanding! He arrives within a few hours of our call and always fixes the problem the first time.
