Outstanding service. Including information on product to shipping and tracking to receiving the Comfort seat with lumbar support by Triumph. Had to Install right away ! Getting ready for 5 hour ride to Daytona FL for Bike Week.

The customer service at this location was outstanding. Marvin the sales person was one of the nicest persons I have met. Ray, sales manager went to new levels… helping me change a deal to a different bike to totally loading and strapping the bike down. Both gentlemen should be greatly appreciated for their over the top service. I highly recommend this dealership unlike The Cincinnati one.

I'm not sure how I found their online store, seeing as how I live in Florida. BUT, I've have made three orders for Triumph parts from this dealer and the experience and customer support has been easy and communicative. The speed of their shipping is unmatched when compared to the bigger online parts stores. (I had a radiator cover delivered to my door in Florida in 48 hrs!? what?!) I wish I lived closer because I would love to use dealer for services and maintenance too.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. I was walked through every step of my purchase with the help of the salesman Marvin and I couldn’t be more happy. From start to finish every step was very enjoyable. If you are in the market for a new bike, Triumph Cleveland is the place to be.

I looked for Bonnevilles here in Florida but Dealer replies and pricing were VERY HIGH if they replied at all. Contacted Triumph of Cleveland and they were fabulous! Very pleasant and helpful. The bike looked perfect on their website, but was 2 days travel away for me to test. They test rode for me with a Go Pro camera and showed me there were zero 'issues'. Wire transferred money and had bike shipped flawlessly here. Installed a couple of accessories for me and I could not be happier with my new (2018) Bonneville but especially how nice everyone there was to me. If you have any reservations about buying 'long distance', don't. They are genuine and super nice!
