It's truly an amazing company to work for there always helping in times of needs. Fun energetic out going group of people they really make it feel like a family here. I honestly would not trade this job for anything. We have an amazing dog called star that in all honesty is someone service dog but to me it's a therapy dog helps me get through my rough days honestly love this company I work for

I’ve been working here for more than a year, and I love it! I started here solely interested in gaining hours and patience experience… never thought I’d fall in love with working here. From the patients I meet/take care of, my coworkers, management, the many many opportunities, and even Star I don’t see myself working anywhere else. To be honest, I’ll probably never have to no matter my certification level. Granted, the company isn’t perfect, but the company takes initiative to listen to their employees, patients, and customers for ways to make sure everyone has a pleasant experience, if not now then in the future. Communication has improved between management, dispatch, and the road crew. If you’re a patient, the staff is very understanding and easy to talk to. There’s tons of bonuses given to the employees, and flexible scheduling… like REAL flexible scheduling. They’ll even pick the employee up from home if there are any car problems or severe weather conditions; I know from experience. There’s different bases and a satellite to give employees options to work closer to home. The company will even pay you while you’re going to school, and/or to go back to school.

I’ve tried working other places, but there really is no place like home.

Great place to work, the people that work here are the shining star of OAS from the offices to the crews in the field they are all incredibly nice, personable and strive to be the best at what they do. There is advancement opportunities as well as other unique opportunities such as working Events, Disaster Deployments, our new EMR squad, and much more thanks to our Awesome CEO and Growth and Development Manager. This company truly cares about their employees and is continuously trying to find ways to grow and improve.
