The staff was super nice. The wait was short and pleasant. I was offered a water while I waited. The doctor was very knowledgeable and efficient. I was able to get my eye script and glasses quickly after the eye exam! I will definitely be going back to this place of business. Thanks True Eye Experts!

Miranda did a very thorough job on the exam and explaining results to the level of detail I inquired. Dr Mercer’s clinical acumen and bedside manner are exceptional!
Shay was fantastic and listening and explaining different eyewear for my Rx. She has a wealth of experience and is utterly customer centric! Fun to work with and knows her stuff.
I ordered a fully featured pair of glasses and pending the results will likely order a second pair.

Everyone on the staff was very friendly and helpful. McKenzie was absolutely amazing and went the extra 26 miles to make sure my bifocal contact lens script was optimized. She was extremely knowledgeable, very professional and patient with me since it ws my first time trying these out. She is an extremely important asset to the company. I would highly recommend her and the doctor. Jenn was extremely courteous and helpful with my new prescription order.

I had a very pleasant experience with true eye experts .I would highly recommend them to friends and family. Hannah was awesome she got me through the eye scans and procedures effectively and comfortably. Dr Mercer is amazing she really put me at ease and explained everything in detail to me. True Eye Experts of Trinity has been a God send, I was able to get a new patient yearly exam, visual field exam and ordered glasses all within the same appointment, the machines are incredibly top notch with the newest technology, you DONT have to get your eyes dilated anymore! 😁🤘
Doctor is super knowledgeable and gets right to the core of your issues all while explaining in detail your issues and making you feel like you've gone there for years.🧐 The staff was also very nice and informative towards glasses, the processes of each exam and explaining plans vs costs etc.📝
They also provided me with an itemized breakdown of what I was paying for like lens, frames, and any specifications added on etc. ✅️ 🥳

I remember when the white chapel building was built and we used the chapel with the baptismal tub and stained glass on the 2nd floor of the brick building for services. I was married in the white chapel in 1989. I would love to know where Reverend Tomette Kirk who married us is today.
