Just wanted to give a shout out to Brian in service. Although he was ultimately unable to resolve my RV,s refrigerator issue, he certainly went way beyond what I expected in trying to resolve the issue. Having spent the last 40 years in the auto repair industry in management, I can spot an excellent employee a mile away and he certainly is one. Thanks again for all the extra efforts!

I want to say my recent experience with Camping World was great. We bought something and it would not do what it was supposed to do. Clearance Item. past the 90 days. No returns right? Wrong the Manager Jeremiah was a great help. We are members just so you know. He was polite and understanding as are all the employees. He refunded our money no problem at all. Above and beyond customer service. As always we will shop there again.
