Was our first time there. It was soo very nice, there was a live band, if you're feeling frisky you could dance to the music, the food was very filling hotdogs, fries, hamburgers, fish, chicken fingers etc foods like that, there was plenty to drink beer, wines, pop, whisky, the whole family can come yes even the little ones along with grandma and grandpa, even your wheelchair bound loved ones, just everybody, why not meet your friends there, converse and have a good time. We enjoyed the experience and are looking forward to going back. Oh! Did I mention you get to meet another of fun people, it's outside? Go ahead give it a try, we were at Whisky Island 🏝.

We came to check out Reggae Music from Outlaws I&I and the incomparable Carlos Jones & his P.L.U.S. Band and we're not disappointed! After being turned away at the Voinovich Park Carlos Jones show because of it being sold out it was nice to catch a show where we could sit and chill on a blanket out of the blazing sun and bring our own water. It was good to see many of the Reggae Community Members looking well and dancing the night away. Soooo happy the gravel is gone and am impressed with the other improvements made by the Whiskey Island ownership to their stage area! The sunsets here are amazing! The metro park improvements also continue to be impressive as the newest pathway will prove. Great job Metro parks! Keep up the good work!

Good people. Good music. Decent food. Friendly Staff. Laid back Vibes. Plenty of easy-access parking. Great times... as per usual! Happy to see peeps taking advantage of the opportunity to get back out there amidst these unprecedented times.

Beautiful! Wendy Beach is where you can launch a kayak or paddle boat into the water. It is not a beach for swimming. Great view of the old lighthouse. Really cool!
