Food is good. Fries could've been fresher. Wish the place had more staff because wait times can be long.

So, we have gone back to the same Jack in the box where we received the very greasy bag. I never thought I would say this, but I have memories that are older than some of the generations enjoying Jack in the box. I wont go into details of the struggles of this food chain. During these growing pains what still was good was the food. Jack had fresher ingredients than those of some arches that are golden. The Colussus was a favorite. One of the most tasty burgers. The Supreme croissant sandwich was out of control(In a good way). Real croissant bread not some hockey puck, and their version of mayo, real bacon not this paper thin bacon that looks red colored greasy beef jerky. Even the coffee was better, Oh the 90’s!!!. Maybe Jack needs to be blown up again. Jack is riding on the coat tails of what was and dishing out fake dried up versions of a burger. Then Again most companies we are use to now are doing the same thing. Jack bring back the 90’s Jack, But you are smarter now so leave the bad stuff.

This establishment has Disabled Friendly ramps, and even tables that give access to wheelchairs. The inside is more with the times giving a bit of an industrial look. Still friendly though. Finding out where the line starts is a no brainer. The pay for the food and we’ll call your number on the receipt is the same. It is a clean establishment, and the view can be enjoyable if your focus is farther than a few feet. Cool if you are wanting to stay out of the heat. At least that is how it was on this snapshot. The service was really good. The girl taking my order was friendly and just really down to earth. Professional set forth the pace for some excellent customer service. The ordering process was smooth, and our food was up in no time. Then like a paper plane I quickly nose dived. I drifted into memories of how Jack use to be asking myself “what happened?”. This problem does not seem to just be with only one location. My disappointment seems to be with the whole chain’s burgers. Jack as the owner has decided to put profit over juicy burgers. As if Uncle Scrooge took over and Jack is under his spell.
Now i have eaten at this other chain, it made me more cautious of what i order. The pictures that were used in the advertisement made their burger look tiny. Like picking a fight with guy in a small Fiat, and finding out he is seven feet tall. If you can’t picture that watch the “Incredibles” Mr. Incredible will give you a quick sense of what I am talking about. The place I am speaking about makes burgers that are fat. I was going to order the triple and was almost automatically put in an eating challenge. Place is no joke, but good. Not the case with Jack. Pictures show Dwayne Johnson burgers and you get Kevin Hart kids meal burger. Don’t Believe me? Check out the pictures. In all the promo pictures you see this Volcano erupting cheddar with bits of bacon burger. When you get the burger it looks like its afraid of you, and streaked the bun with a dried up yellow stain with so called cheddar.

So, the four stars are for the store itself. The service was outstanding. Even when i was confused if the burger in question, was indeed the burger. The last star it did not get was the one star It should only get because of the food. Also, The Jalapeño poppers use to be juicy and a bit spicy. Now they are dried up, and I will leave it at that. Even a few years ago the taste and quality of ingredients were different. I have tried the burgers in other Jack’s cause i figured maybe it was the cooks. Well… they say a picture is worth a thousand words. I’m sure it does not include things like tasty, yummy, and more like I had no choice, It was the only thing open.
I take it back the soda or soft drinks are what keeps the meal on a teeter totter of judgement. Peach Sprite, is what is in the cup. They have different flavor drinks, but i would recommend going inside instead of holding up the line in drive-thru. Dial it in on the flavor its not only with sprite and peach. Flavors may differ Thats why I say go in
