(July 13, 2020, 12:28 pm)First, I will start by saying that I do not like writing reviews online (good or bad). But I have to admit that I absolutely LOVED how Ms. Georgia handle my situation. She is a very pleasant person with a vibrant personality and do not stop smiling and making jokes. I had a problem with 2 packages that were going to be sent back due to "forward address being expired"--I do not even know what that means. However, Georgia was able to get my packages. She took the time to listen to my concerns and solved the problem with so much patience and a great sense of humor. From now on, I will only go to her for assistance!!
