(May 11, 2019, 9:52 pm)Jose and Emily were just amazing to work with. Went in to get a new phone and did not for a second feel pressured to “upgrade” to anything than what I wanted. While it took some time to transfer from my old phone to the new phone (a 5c to a 10xr), they were engaging in conversation and made the time pass by a bit quicker. My almost teenager will be wanting a phone soon and I have no doubt where I will be going. Thanks everyone!!

(March 28, 2019, 7:08 am)I had the best experience here. Customer service was phenomenal. I tried the T- Mobile in Tower city, bad experience. The salesman never got off his phone. The Steelyard T-Mobile greet you coming in the door, waiting for help wasn't even 5 minutes. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable about all phones. Julio was my salesman, but the entire staff made you feel comfortable. I would give more stars if I could.
