I am a Clinical Liaison at Grace Hospital. My job is to evaluate patients and determine of they are appropriate for admission to Grace Hospital.
I also coordinate all details necessary to transfer a patient. I love my job and my co-workers and peers.
I have seen patients with complicated medical conditions markedly improve and transfer to less-acute settings.
