“First time here today and wow, what a great place. Tucked away safely downtown, this is the best dispensary in Cleveland hands down. Everyone was super nice and professional. Everyone was wearing masks, they have hand sanitizer out, all protocols were being followed. I worry going anywhere these days since I'm at risk, but as soon as I stepped in the door I felt extremely comfortable. First time registration is a breeze. It's beautiful inside. After checking florists in the Cleveland area, (I am from out of town), Segelin's was recommended to us. They were wonderful! Scott, the manager and designer created a unique and lovely bride's bouquet to include an antique ring once worn by the groom's great grandmother. He added special detail to bouquets and arrangements. The shop offers excellent customer service and any calls were responded to in a prompt manner. The service and knowledge to their products are wonderful. They are willing to work with us on all issues that may happen during an amazing event.
