“I went to this location for the first time on this past ladies night. My friend and I were immediately greeted by Jessica and Antoinette. They were super upbeat and friendly. They started telling us about it being ladies night and asked if we needed any help. As Jessica started explaining some of the newer products they got in, I noticed Antoinette greeting other shoppers just as nice when they came in. Jessica was very attentive to us and answered any questions we had. She made it a very fun experience at this location, more so than other locations I had previously been too. She seemed very interested in making sure we made purchases that we would like, as opposed to feeling like I was being sold what she wanted. Both ladies were amazing at making sure each patron was given the same amount of attention. It truly was an amazing experience and I don’t think I will be going to any other location now. “We had an incredible experience with CHR. When we moved into our 1890 built home, we wanted to refinish the hardwood floors and decided to go with CHR. I am so glad that we decided to do it! The floors are so beautiful and working with Jessie and team was such a delight. They are really good at their jobs and the result is absolutely gorgeous. If you are able to refinish your floors before you move in, it is such a treat! I didn't realize how smooth the floors would feel once they are refinished. We have a baby on the way and I like the floors will be smooth to the touch and easier to clean. “Super excited to check out this outlet store. It has a lot of nice pieces but they are mostly picked through so many of the pieces left are broken or cracked. With that said, I saw some seasonal items (patio furniture) marked almost 90% off. Today, they had an additional 30% off dining table and chairs which took tables from $2k down to $620. I would definitely be super excited if I found something I needed. I recommend going and seeing it for yourself. I’ll be back again in a couple of months.”
