“The staff at this hotel was very friendly to me at all times. The hotel and my room was very clean and I really liked that. The hotel is a historic building in the city, I think it is one of the first hotels in Cleveland and it has a peculiar smell of antiquity, it transports you to the past and that was cool for me. At all times you will need your room key card to move in the elevator and be able to take you to any floor of the hotel. My room was quite spacious, I liked that a lot of light came in when the curtains were open and when I closed them everything was very dark and that was very good for sleeping. Enough receptacles to be able to charge my electrical appliances. Television is not big, it is not the best, but do not pay attention to it. The bed is very comfortable and the pillows the same. The bathroom is great for a hotel bathroom and my recommendation would be better at the bathroom rate that seems from the US public school. The hotel is very big, with big corridors and many rooms, maybe at the beginning you can get lost. for 4 nights and 5 days through Booking with a total of $ 482.23. I check-in the hotel at the front desk they charged me $ 682.3 which I didn't notice until 2 days later. The lady at the front desk told me that if I had a car and I said no, but I charge $ 100.00 for guest parking, the other $ 100.00 is a mandatory deposit that is refundable. When I made my departure the last day I explained that I never used the parking area and they will return my $ 100 parking fee and to us days my other $ 100.00 deposit”

“This is one of my favorite places to shop in Cleveland, period. And anyone I know that hasn't been, I eventually end up taking them and love introducing them to this great place! I've been going on and off for over 10 years now. Considering the fact that I'm a 6ft 280 lb, white , Irish fella...I do get looks from most of the other customers and staff, yet no one has ever been rude. It seems as though they're just more surprised than anything else. I know it may look strange, especially when I have a cart filled to the top and spend a couple $100 at a time and hold up the line forever. I just help it! Lol It's the selection of items that brings me back, especially the kitchen ware and cooking equipment. I always find a little gem that I must have to add to my arsenal and learn how to use. And it's great if I'm early on a Saturday and someone is filling up the cabinet of fresh baked items. The selection of noodles, vegetables, fesh meat and fish and excellent variety of sauces and spices keep me coming back. I hope they continue to stay open and do well. They will always have my business.”
