“Booked an appointment, the Mickey Lock And Key turned up on time and carried out a fabulous job. The door needed a new lock assembly, however he explained the reason why the original had failed (several years old); the door had dropped putting stress on the locking mechanism. They was brilliant, he refitted / hung the door, realigned the catches in the frame, etc. The door now operates as smooth as silk... Nice Job!”

“Awesome compared to the Walmart location in steelyard. The steelyard store wow is terrible. Please don't shop there. The manager there don't care. If you have and issue they don't care. The store is ran by children. I went there to shop for a few items. Ok they had the prices wrong. Then they tried to run and change the prices before I could take these pictures with my cell phone. Then their was and employee that threatened to fight me. After, that I went back up to the cash register to pay for my items. My mom is almost 80years old she was trying to stop putting groceries on the conveyor belt. The cashier would not turn it off. My mom's arm was being pushed forward. I had to yell at the cashier to stop. Just don't shop here. They are all idiots.”

“First off, I'm an architect and deal with contractors all day, every day. I got 3 quotes to have 3 skylights installed in a home addition I designed & am building and chose 1st Choice Roofing / Lifetime Skylight Co. They weren't the lowest bid, but being in the industry I know you get what you pay for so my decision was based on a lot more than just price. I also took comfort in the warranty that was included. The install went extremely smoothly and Dennis & Timmy seemed as excited as my project as I am. They kept me informed with photos & texts as they progressed with their work and even sent me a question about a location on the last skylight even though I located it and marked it myself before they began work. This indicated to me that they were "thinking" about my project too and not just doing their work...which is RARE to experience these days. They even thanked me for some prep work that I did before they arrived for their safety. I've already given out 2 referrals and I'm sure there will be more. I couldn't be happier and if I could give them 10 stars, I would. Awesome experience.”
