“Accidentally came across Xinji after the Air Show and love the food. Prices were average and menu items were limited but food was Excellent and perfect temperature. Restaurant was small with a few tables and counter space and very clean. Great service too! One year later and this noodle bar is one of the best in Cleveland. Restaurant is very clean and food and service are Excellent. Highly recommend Xinji Noodle bar!”

“I came here for 6 pieces of toast and apple juice after leaving another place up the street. Her parking lot was semi full.. The people wanted this food I see. Let me see what the hype about.. Ordered my food and sat in my vehicle to wait. Didn't wait long. While I was waiting I witnessed her greet her customers with smiles. They aren't allowed in building. She takes the order at this side open door. She engaged in conversing with a few of the customers as she presented them with delicious meals that had them beaming with smiles they couldn't hide. My food comes up I smile too knowing it's going to be delicious too.. Don't even go there about it just being toast.. People can mess up toast😒😒.. SHE GOT THAT TOAST JUMPING JUMPING HONEY LISTEN I DON'T BELIEVE I EVER ATE MY TOAST THAT FAST BUT I DID. “This one is a little rough around the edges but you do get Edwin's trademark quality. The ambience is lovely and food is great. We had biscuits and gravy along with corn beef, toast and coffee. Coffee was bold and strong. The biscuits and gravy seemed a little different but they were really tasty. Given this is Slyman's land, the corn beef was noteworthy too. Overall, a stellar experience.”
