Your pricing is on the high end. My driver was professional, kind and very good at communicating! Je was able to give me clear understandable directions while entering/exiting the van. He understood that backing out and position on the ramp without sideview mirrors is an exercise of trust for the chair driver! I was able to have that trust based on his directions entering. He was aware and repectful of personal space while locking and strapping me in. Unfortunately I was not able to tip him your rates did not leave me with any available cash.

I was searching for someone to transport my 80 year old father to get his COVID shot. He had just been released from a rehab facility and was having difficulty walking. I phoned Marcus after 8:30 p.m. the night before and shared that I needed transport the next day. He was able to accommodate my father. The driver, Jeremiah (I believe was his name) was absolutely AMAZING!! He was so kind, patient and 100% professional! He was patient with my dad and took special care with him. We will definitely be using this company's services again. I would highly recommend them. Thank you for a great experience!!!

There's not enough Good! Points to check off on the review. So I'll say a few.
I tried for three days to secure transport to the Clinic for my Father. Well over 15 calls. Nobody could do it Or wouldn't answer at all. Marcus not only answered but was already on the job. He scheduled my Father's pick up at 6:00 PM Friday before the Easter weekend.
Monday morning at 5:30 exactly the van arrived and I was given help above and beyond in getting my Father in the van.
Once there my parents were treated like Family until the staff had my Father.
An hour after the surgery I received a phone call to see how everything went.
Not the service, My Father's surgery.
This is Excellence in service! The only call I'll make and the only Transport Company I'll recommend. My deepest Thanks for your outstanding Service.
