  I would highly recommend them!! They are very nice and very respectful. Made the process very comfortable. I have high anxiety and they made me feel relaxed..well as relaxed as you can with getting extractions done! Thank you!

  Delightful and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable atmosphere. Patient and informative staff. I've always been nervous of dentist this one made me feel right at home.

  First off they have improved my quality of life 10 fold! I had the full service of top and bottom full Implant supported Dentures. I came in the first time and was greeted by Ms. Wanda. She is the best Office Administrator I have every seen. See is always juggling many things but keeps everyone moving while being kind. Then Ms. Brittany takes you back to get X-Rays and settled in. Next you meet the full of life and energy Dr. Tanya Ashe! She is amazing. While this was a incredibly scary moment for me, she eased my worries and laid out all options available to me. We created a plan of action. I had been wearing top and bottom partial denture plates for 13 years. So we had to remove my teeth that were left, level out the bones, install implants, and then spend weeks designing what my teeth would look like. This decision was not easy because the process would take 10 months. I am going to let you know it was a long and painful journey. It was beyond worth it. My quality of life has improved vastly since the process was completed. She also was about half the price of the others. Can not thank this crew enough for how they have changed my life. My dental problems began when I was 19 and my wisdom teeth basically ruined my other teeth. Being just 43 and having this procedure ensures many years of a beautiful smile! I had not smiled showing my teeth for over 20 years, Now I smile all the time!!
  
  Update: I bought the Dentures with the 7 year warranty. I am so glad I did. I broke my bottom plate and with a day that repaired it at no cost!! I love this place!

  I'm very satisfied with my experience, i had 9 teeth removed. I chose the new denture wearer's package ( custom ) and got my healing dentures the same day! Three weeks ago. Went back yesterday 8/7/2021 and got my first soft liner! I've had very little pain and the staff there has been great. Dr Ashe is kind and takes time to answer all your questions. I will get my permanent set of dentures in a few more months. All for one price. Very Affordable, i highly recommend Affordable Dentures and Implants in Garner NC.

  I've never had a social security attorney before. Since I was denied the 1st time as I hear that is normal. So I have a lot been going on like a storm for the past 5yrs and indigent, struggling missing work/social gatherings ect. All due to mostly mental health diagnoses, but also physical disorders that cause much pain. Rebecca really listened to what I had to say, my story. She sat with patience and caring. She gave me a plan of action for reapplication.
  Shes very passionate about her work, I could tell just by one visit.
