My husband Joe and I are in our mid 30’s and have never been in an accident. In May, Joe was heading to work after having blood drawn at the hospital. He passed out at the wheel while driving down the interstate. He crossed over 4 lanes of traffic and slammed into the concrete wall. Somehow, thankfully, he didn’t hit anybody else and was able to walk away from the accident. When he got home, I called our advisor, Jesse Haberman, at Harding & Jacob and immediately felt more at ease. There was a care beyond the claim. A care for us and how we were doing. Jesse then connected us with the Claims Manager, Chrissy Sargent, and again she walked us through the whole process with professionalism and empathy. A couple months later, after our claim was closed with our carrier, Jesse followed up to see how my husband was doing. We are so pleased with everything Jesse and Chrissy did to help us (and make us feel at ease) as well as all of the assistance from our carrier.
