Lakewood Exterminating

This was our second time using Lakewood Exterminating, and as before, we could not be more pleased. Shawn was prompt, pleasant and professional, and completed both the interior and exterior inspection along with treatment in under an hour. Once again, he was able to come out the same day we contacted him about the problem. We highly recommend this service!

I usually do not write reviews, but in this instance, i thought because of the great job Shawn did, i should. We were having a problem with gnats flying all over the house and could not locate the source. I called Lakewood Exterminating and the owner, Shawn, came out a day & 1/2 later. He identified the gnats as fungus flies, & found the source within minutes. He continued to check all our plants and also checked and treated all of our drains. Also, used All Natural methods to solve our problem. He was professional, thorough, and explained fully any question we had. He emailed us after to check that we were fully satisfied, & if any further issues, to contact him since he wants us to be 100% happy with his work. We give him 5 stars because of his excellence.

Shawn answered the call himself and was able to give me an appointment the very next day. He was prompt and thorough and took time to explain what he found and he also patiently answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Lakewood Exterminating. It is rare to find such a personal, polite and knowledgeable service.

Shawn arrived early and had our issue analyzed quickly. He worked safely and reviewed everything he did with me before he left the house. I got a follow up email a couple days later to be sure we were satisfied and that our problem was under control. I highly recommend Lakewood Exterminating.
