(October 27, 2020, 10:45 am)When we talk about what I want my hair to look like, Ashley makes me feel heard and understood. She takes the time to ask questions and find out what I’m looking for. I trust her so much, I was able to color my hair for the first time ever, and go through some dramatic length changes. The best customer service, ever. Now I get how people can go to the same stylist their whole lives.
