The amenities are great, the cleaning crew does a phenomenal job keeping all the common areas clean. Maintenance is just a phone call away to handle any issues in a prompt and efficient manner and the office staff OMG! They are Awesome!! -

James is a phenomenal individual who has gone above and beyond to make my experience here at Shoreham so much better. His great customer service and leadership skills have been one of the factors in my decision to renew the lease. His efforts are truly appreciated.
Christina is absolutely one of the best people I have known who has worked at the leasing office. She is kind and always has a positive attitude. She is always responsive and helpful when I have an issue. She is truly an asset to the team here at Shoreham. -

(December 16, 2019, 1:36 pm)I've lived at The Shoreham for over two years and have nothing but wonderful things to say. Extremely friendly staff, clean and well-kept, and an amazing location. All of my maintenance issues have been resolved in 24-48 hours, at the most. Management is continuously improving the building, as well. Undoubtedly the best place to live in the neighborhood!

(November 5, 2019, 3:58 pm)Great location and a reasonable price for that location! The leasing office goes above and beyond and is very friendly! They handled maintenance requests in a timely manner for the most part. The only issue is parking because the spots in the garage are hard to get in and out of and the elevators that continue to move even when the doors are open. Overall it is a wonderful place to live and I would definitely recommend it!
