Went in to address a fraud problem, I was kind of annoyed that I couldn’t report from the website. I was a little ticked off but decided to approach the situation with a smile. I was really impressed by the ease at which the teller was able to help me and his friendliness. Good experience and I feel like the teller did more than I would have had done for me at other banks I’ve used.

A 4 for the people, though could the bank perhaps CLEAN UP THE ATM area ? Seriously gross.
