Strong Tower

Great atmosphere, staff, and members! I've only been going for about 3 months but everyone is so friendly and helpful that Strong Tower already feels like a second home to me. I not only joined to get in shape but also for the social aspect. As someone who is naturally quiet and reserved until I get more comfortable, I can already feel myself coming out of my shell more and more with each class.

I never thought I needed a gym or coaches till I experienced Strong Tower. I was someone who worked out at home for 15 years beforehand. I never imagined I'd love crossfit till Strong Tower. The coaches and fellow athletes are what truely set this gym apart from all others.

Strong Tower gets it. Amazing staff, facility and community. They truly walk the walk and care about your wellbeing. Their three pillars are “Happy.Healthy.Mission Minded” and boy do they stay true to those.

I never thought I’d be a CrossFit person. I was one of those $10/month, no commitment gym type people. I could count on one hand how times I’d make it to the gym in a month. I’ve always been an athlete, but I was uncomfortable trying new things or certain exercises in fear of doing them incorrectly. Strong Tower Crossfit is amazing. They work with you one-on-one in the beginning and make sure you have the movements down before you join group classes. During classes, there is always a coach showing you what to do and helping you improve or modify exercises to fit your needs. If you are feeling like I was and need some guidance in your workouts, but don’t know where to start, I highly recommend Strong Tower Crossfit.
