Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

They made it super easy and were very helpful with picking out a few bar chairs. We bought from the outlet section and they had a lot of styles to choose from. The sales associate even got out a measuring tape and measured chair heights for us to find the perfect size and helped us find a style that had 3 chairs available. Everyone who we have shown pictures of and the couple of people in our bubble who have come by to see our new bar have complimented the chairs as well. They are beautiful, sturdy, comfortable and the price was a steal! Thanks!

Extremely happy with our shopping experience with Bob’s. We had been told by multiple other furniture stores that it would be months before we could get things delivered while Bob’s had what we wanted available in a week. We were very happy with the selection, prices, availability and most of all the staff. While we haven’t received our sofa yet I’m certain it will be as great as our shopping experience.

I was excited to see a new furniture store come to our neighborhood in North Olmsted. I stopped in Bob's discount furniture and was immediately greeted with a warm welcome and a bunch of smiles, it's so refreshing to see after everything going on right now. I couldn't have had a better sales associate than Dawn. She was friendly, personable, funny and professional. She really went above and beyond to make sure I found everything I was looking for and was happy with it. I was in the store for quite awhile trying to decide on a particular purchase, dawn was very patient with me.. all the while keeping that smile on her face. I really appreciated her bubbly personality. We all need that sometimes. I like the fact that the store manager came to meet me and made sure I was satisfied with my experience. Prices are fantastic and the financing options are fast and easy. I will definitely be back to purchase more in the near future. I will even stop in just to say hi to dawn when I'm in the neighborhood. Thank you to everyone at Bob's discount furniture for a wonderful shopping experience and I welcome you to our neighborhood. ??
