I just moved in, and I absolutely love the office staff. They create the most beautiful events for the residents. They are so creative! My daughters and I look forward to many more!
I like the apartment, however, I do feel they could use some fresh updates.
Ok. My name is Kristen and I have a problem.
I lived in Columbus for 11 years. 9 apartments, 2 ex bf’s houses (codependent/parent issues and someone with a personalized license plate that was “ZUPDOG”)
I don’t generally make great life choices, OK? It was for a boy, OK? Stop judging me, Sharon.
When relocating from Columbus to the west side of Cleveland, I had my spreadsheet and options ready. (I’m an organized and type-A psychopath). I made calls, added notes, updated the document. Sometimes I’m OK at life.
After touring many west side properties, it was an easy decision to choose this apartment.
Has it all been perfect? Of course not. But here are a few notables:
1. My AC went out on a 100 degree day. I’m chunky, OK? There’s AC needed for a non-thigh gap gal. They immediately rectified the situation.
2. The-new upstairs tenement’s dog yapped (ok yes, I’m a cat person) incessantly for the first 6 hours solid before I contacted the office. 7 minutes later, the barking ceased and I never heard it again. Don’t. Ask. Questions.
The pool is pristine. I’m a. Self proclaimed ‘pool baby.’ I’m not talking the kinda girl who sunbaths in a bikini with $400 sunglasses (no hate). I’m a fish. A mermaid. The pool is beautiful and pristine. There are cabanas! Beautiful and spacious with TV’s and exceptional furniture. It feels like being on vacation.
The workout room is ….stop it. I have no idea. I’m a mermaid. We don’t do treadmills. But it looks like a nice place.
The staff is exceptional. It’s hard to even be snarky in this section (I’ll find a way, yep just did). I recently worked with Kimberly, property manager, on a unique situation. She was responsive, empathetic and accommodating.
Renewing my lease has been an easy decision. I didn’t renew the lease on the boy…OK that’s another story, perhaps for another day.
OK bottom line: live here. They take care of issues before you can finish explaining them. They’re sweet and caring. Like humans. Yes they’re humans and realize that you are too.
I have never been happier with a home. Well, that house with ex, that son of a )@$;….but I digress.
5 stars. Staff, quality, responsiveness to issues, resident nice-ness, cute events, safety, overall tranquility.
Illl keep renewing this leAse. Maybe. Unless “ZUPDOG” comes back into the picture…..
XOXO thank you Butternut Ridge for making my phone stop auto suggesting
“Squash” as the second word after I type Butternut. It’s never squash Siri, it’s never going to be squash. Ever.
Such luxurious residential complex in super safe neighborhood. The staff are even sweeter they said happy birthday to me in memorable way. I would rate such service, cleanliness and luxury as much as I could have of stars. Thank you guys.
Butternut ridge has been a great place to live so far! We are loving the amenities, and our pets are loving the shaded walkways throughout the complex. It is a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors and helpful staff. Our leasing consultant and property managers have been extremely helpful, communicative and attentive to whatever we have needed. Plus, the apartment itself has become comfortable very quickly. The open concept and in-unit laundry makes cleaning extremely convenient. Very highly recommended. =)
