Bee My Baby Childcare and Preschool

I was very skeptical to put my son in any day care. It has now been a month and since his first day at this day care, he has been treated with nothing but the utmost care and respect. The teachers and director really do go above and beyond to meet my sons needs. They are professional, caring, and communicable. The whole staff has taken the time to get to know my child which truly means a lot. Shout out to Bill, Tracy, and Cathy!! You guys are really amazing at what you do.

There are many childcare providers in the west side Cleveland area, but not all of them are like Bee My Baby. At first glance you see 2/5 stars in the Step Up to Quality program and may think wow only 2 out of 5 stars? But some quick research will show they are one of the few childcare providers in the area that have any stars, because just having one means they are exceeding the standards set by the State of Ohio.

It shows every day that they take childcare and specifically your child seriously, with many staff members working in the industry for years. Each child gets an assigned teacher responsible for primary care, which is great, and my child LOVES her. I feel good about dropping off into her arms each morning.

My only complaint would be I think turnover is a little too high, but I don't think that's specific to this provider and is probably a common occurrence across the industry. A lot of teachers have been there a long time, and is not something I'm that concerned with, just an observation.

All in all, I feel my child is developing faster because of Bee My Baby, they will be taking care of my childcare needs for the foreseeable future and I would recommend them to others.

Bee My Baby is AMAZING. I searched many day cares to send my son to when he was 2 1/2 years old, and he is nearly 5 now. I found this place and just fell in love. Great people, great teachers, very educational and FUN atmosphere, and the kids are well cared for. Everything Bee My Baby does is in the best interest of the children. Even if it is inconvenient for the parent, the kids come first here, always. I really really love how they let the kids be who they are, which is great and is the best environment for them to grow in to their true potential. This is not a boring, 'just go by the book' place. They understand that each child is different, and they do the best they can to encourage a child to learn how they learn best, and not to just follow a narrow minded, "one size fits all", curriculum. Everyone - this place is amazing, and I cannot say enough good things about them.

My son has been going here since he was 2 1/2. The reason we came here was because he had a moderate speech delay. Within just a couple months, his vocabulary SOARED. The staff here is amazing. Caring, courteous, PERSONABLE (very important), and well educated. I have seen them go through many changes, and every single one is for the better. Every decision they make keeps the safety of the children as the main priority, always. I cannot express how much I love this place. They take government assistance and they work their BUTTS off to help you get it, even though it means a slight pay cut for them. They care about the families above all else.

Also, they currently have one star on the Step Up To Quality scale, and are nearing two stars! Only the top daycares even get a single star, and these guys are so close to getting two stars, and they are only a couple years old! EXTRAORDINARY!
