I have been trying to get a space at this location. A couple of time there was none available, but Mr. Joshua the facility manager is so kind and professional on what he does. He went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. I am so happy with my space close to where I live and I would recommend anyone to the middle river location. I gave them a five star I need to well-deserved.

I went to a lice removal service in Akron and they charged me all this money to just ignore me when I needed follow up treatments. I was so lucky to call Gil and he got my daughter and I in earlier this evening and we are now lice free and I can relax after battling this for 6-8 weeks. Thank you so much if we need help again in the future Gil will be where I go!!

Gil was amazing and caring. This was our third time dealing with lice and having a family of 5, I was really upset and stressed. I never thought I would pay someone to do this and now its one of the best decisions I've made. Not only did he take us right in, he was great with the kids and taught us so much! I went home completely stress free and ready if this happens again. Not to mention it was quick! I used to spend hours pulling eggs out of my kids hair. Now ill never have to do that again. If you're not sure, I'm telling you now, this is the place to go.

Wonderful customer service! Everyone is very friendly and super accommodating. Got the whole family in within an hour of calling. The entire treatment including the at home spray was very affordable. I especially love that the treatment is all organic and isn't damaging to hair/scalp but is extremely effective! They made our stressful situation much more bearable. Highly recommend!!
