I went to David’s Bridal in Merrillville. IN yesterday to return a pair of shoes I purchased for my grandson’s wedding. Katrina was very helpful in finding shoes for me that would look nice with the dress I purchased from them the previous week! She took extra time finding the shoes, handbag & pair of earrings that would compliment my dress. She was friendly, knowledgeable & efficient & I was happy with my purchases! My family all agreed they looked beautiful together. Thank you Katrina!!!

I couldn't have been more pleased with David's Bridal for all my wedding dress needs. I went in with an idea of what I wanted and to try on a dress I saw online. That was the first dress I tried on and, after a couple others afterward, found that it was the one! I ordered the dress at the beginning of October 2021 and it came in at the end of the month. The alterations department was super helpful in setting up any alterations I wanted to make to the dress. They were even the best at fitting me in 3 weeks before my wedding for a a quick alteration fix. I'd highly recommend their services!

I received excellent care from Lindsy who helped me when I came in for my alteration appointment. She was very kind and helpful and answered all my questions. The alterations on the dress for my son’s wedding turned out perfectly. I was told that Maria did the alterations and I want to thank her for the wonderful job she did. My son’s wedding was a very special day for me and my family, and having a dress that was beautiful and altered to fit me perfectly was the icing on the cake. Lindsy and Maria were amazing and I am grateful they were the ones who took care of me. I also want to mention that everyone was very kind and professional.

Amber worked her magic! I was literally a few minutes away from giving up on dresses till she said she had a dress she found that she wanted me to try on, when I seen it I loved the look and when I seen on myself I loved it even more. I’m a bigger women so finding a dress that fits me perfectly is hard and she just made it happen! I cried over it because how happy I was to of found a dress in my price range that I truly loved. I 100 percent recommend coming here and asking for her if you can.

I received the BEST customer service here! They went above & beyond to help me find the perfect dress for me. I came very last minute because the dress I had baught online didn't work out & with 1 month until my wedding I was scrambling to find a new dress. When the dress I picked came in, in my size it turned out we wouldn't be able to alter & fill in or pull up the deep v neck style I wasn't comfortable with on the top so I ended up having to get a whole new dress which was very unexpected. This new dress ended up being several hundred more then the other one & the store manager was kind enough to price match with the first dress which I appreciated so much!! I'd also like to mention alterations manager Carolyn, Lindsy & Maria who were very sweet & so helpful as well! Highly Recommended David's Bridal 👍👍

No pressure! Charles Scott(my salesman) was laid back like me and was honest and forthright about the numbers! Finance manager was also very friendly! I would highly recommend them to my friends and anybody interested in buying a car!
Update: Got my first oil change and tire rotation! Service was excellent and wait was minimal! Great job fellas!

I contacted Halleen Kia and received a response promptly. I inquired about the vehicle pictured below and the lease terms that were advertised with this particular vehicle. After several quotes I was told by Justin “Based on current inventory shortages we are not offering that special.” Justin was polite and I know he was passing along the dealership position but I do not believe they should advertise something they do not intend to abide by. It was their advertisement. Just my two cents.

An update to this post. Within 30 minutes of my post I was contacted personally by Pat Halleen. We discussed my frustration and what I was looking for. He was cordial, respectful and responsive. He stood by what was advertised and his companies reputation and made it right. It is rare in this day and age to get personal service like this. I respect this man and his company.

Always available when appointment is scheduled . Usually a time is given so that you know how long you're going to be there. Very accommodating if the time is longer than you wish. Service managers advise if there are additional expenses that might be incurred and allow you to decide if you want those to be taken care of. Prices are reasonable considering how expensive cars are these days. Never had to return for follow-up

I had a great experience and got all the help I needed with my vehicle. I was able to make my appointment quickly, which was perfect. The issue turned out to be nothing and my routine maintenance was completed perfectly and quickly. I'm very happy and will be returning for any future service needs.
Update: a year and a half after buying my certified used vehicle. I'm still happy with Halleen and all the great workers there! I highly recommend this location and the great staff there.
