(November 17, 2020, 1:12 pm)I went here to complete a wire transfer for a new home & the staff was amazing. Jasmine Graham was the representative helping me & she was great. The Branch Manager Nikki Hamdan was very polite & helpful. I recommend this Branch 100%
(September 16, 2020, 7:01 am)I love this branch! I always feel welcomed, everything is always clean, and the staff is always friendly. Their COVID regulations and signs are very prominent and concise, so they're easy to see and understand.
I have had Gen help me twice now, and she is just the sweetest! Very helpful, knowledgeable, and such a pleasure to talk with!
(November 17, 2018, 2:37 pm)I visited this business to drop off a trailer rented in Kenner, LA. There was only 1 employee present on sight and she was excellent although there were many people in line due to it being the weekend before Thanksgiving holiday. I don't know why only 1 employee would be required to work this busy location alone but whoever is responsible needs to give her a raise!!! Also, whoever required her to work a Saturday before Thanksgiving holiday week alone needs to be demoted. 6
