Rich was the best! As a 22 year old college student who is unsure and is in strict budget, he guided and helped me make the safe decision and purchase my new car which is 2023 SE Santa Fe. It’s such a reliable car, which I need since I commute far from home to school everyday and it fits right into my budget. He was very pleasant and very knowledgable when it comes to their vehicles & more! Highly recommend making an appointment with him when you come to Ken Ganley, he’s the best they have over there!

Let's be real, buying a vehicle from a dealer is never amazing. I personally despise the whole regional monopoly thing they have on new vehicles. However, my experience with Ganley was pretty good. Especially after a not so pleasant experience dealing with Hyundai of Bedford. My salesman, Frank Rodriguez was great. He was very patient with my constant nagging asking when my vehicle was going to come in. He even drove all the way to Cuyahoga Falls to pick me up when my vehicle was ready because my old vehicle was broken down. They got me a lower interest rate than I was expecting, so that was a pleasant surprise. The only negative thing I can say was they put their Ganley badge on the back of my car, which I expected. But they put it on super crooked. It was the first thing my family noticed when seeing the backend. But I just ended up taking it off. Came off pretty easy with some Goo Gone and dental floss. I'll definitely recommend Ganley to others and will consider them next time I buy a vehicle.

I came in with an idea of what car I was looking for, and Chris immediately helped show me what I wanted to see. He brought over the Elantra and opened all the doors, trunk, and even the hood and walked me through all the features. I should mention that some other Hyundai dealers weren’t as eager to show off their cars, so this really helped with the experience.

The management also seemed good and they weren’t afraid to work with me to get the deals that I was looking for. Great people to do business with. Overall it was a good experience and I definitely recommend Ganley Hyundai of Parma for any first time car buyers.

I went in and out 3 times of the dealership. And at all times Sam was willing to work it out with me. Always stayed professional. Along with finance they came through around what I was willing to pay. I would do with a couple bucks less but I am happy.
