The best hot yoga studio around! Love all the instructors, but Brian's classes are the best! Never thought I would remember a certain yoga session, but the time he celebrated our Pop Princess's birthday and played Britney Spears music during Hot Power Yoga was the best class I have ever taken! Lucia is the owner and she is such a gem! Support Local and Support Woman-Owned Businesses!!!

I like both instructors, Monica and Trisha. They both seem to really care about their students.
They both have their own style. I'm a beginner and have only been to a handful of classes. I appreciate how friendly the girl at the front desk is and she really has a great memory. I would definitely recommend this studio.

Bodhi has been nothing but a home for me every since its opening day 3.5 years ago. Before I began practicing at Bodhi, I never felt that I had never truly experienced the benefits of yoga, until I hopped back on my mat here and fell absolutely in love with yoga.

Every class I haven taken here makes me feel powerful, inspired, and restored. The room is heated with infrared heaters (healthier version of heat), allowing me to loosen my muscles easily, experience the true, full expression of every pose, and most importantly get a good sweat in, making me feel like I always get an incredible workout with the many many power vinyasa flows I have taken.

The staffing is incredible---the owners, instructors, and other staff members help create such a welcoming and inclusive environment the second you step in the door--no matter your level, there is always something at Bodhi for you. Meanwhile in class, I always feel as if I can get personalized attention from an instructor, who always is willing to help with assists to help students throughout class to reach the full expression of the pose or adapt to the students in class wherever they may be to offer modifications or challenges. Each teacher has its own fun and creative style of practice, always keeping class interesting and opening my mind and body to new insight and challenges, to explore both on and off the mat.

Bodhi is more than a studio-- its a community. I cannot even share how much love and gratitude I have for this place.. Whether you are a beginner or an already practicing yogi, you will find your home here.

This studio is wonderful! Small and welcoming with lots of class options-all HOT- not a bad thing :) When the studio opened I originally signed up for an unlimited year. My hot classes were cut short when I became pregnant and could not longer attend. The owner was so understanding and offered for me to pause and come back when I was ready and able. This is very rare for some places to do these days but MUCH appreciated. The instructors are diverse in their practice making each class a new learning experience as well.

Amazing place to practice yoga! I started almost 4 years ago, after one class, I was hooked! I have improved my flexibility, balance, total body strength, reduced the amount of aches and pains I feel ! Great instructors and a positive environment to practice hot yoga. Perfect way to hit the reset button. Be sure to stay hydrated because you will sweat it out!
