Had my wedding dress professionally cleaned and preserved here and they were extremely kind, the pricing was fair for the amount of work and the fact it was for my wedding dress and the dress was done before their quoted date!!! Would highly recommend and wouldn’t think twice! Could tell the owner really cares about the business and customers.

I’m so happy I chose Cleveland Wedding Gown Preservation to clean and preserve my dress. I had red wine spilled on my dress along with some other stains and didn’t take it for cleaning until three weeks after my wedding. They notified me that my dress was ready for pick up earlier than I had anticipated. When I went to pick it up, Sonya greeted me and told me how beautiful my dress was! She showed me the dress through the box so I could see the results and it looked flawless. Sonya did such a wonderful job cleaning it. It looks brand new! I’m so happy I was able to work with her!

I took my wedding dress to Society Cleaners to be cleaned only after my big day. Our ceremony was outside and when walking, the train and bottom of my dress picked up SO MUCH grass clippings. Also the real rose petals we used left some markings on the underside of my dress. Sonya was able to get ALL marks AND grass clippings out of my dress! It looks absolutely gorgeous and as good as the day I bought it. I would highly recommend Society to anyone!

My dress was from a sample sale dress shop, which meant heavily discounted… but also stained! They got out every single stain. Brand new condition! Highly recommend!
