Bob and his team removed a piano that the previous owner left in our home. Bob, Vlad, and Tyler moved my 96-year-old Steinway & Sons 800-lb grand piano. They were on-time. Their quote was accurate. They were prepared with spare parts bags for screws I did not know were missing. They have special piano moving equipment unlike regular movers. Superb and friendly service all-around.
