Costa Oil - 10 Minute Oil Change - Westlake

Wow! These guys are awesome! I love my car...it's a friggin Maserati SUV and it's awesome! Needless to say, it takes "Supercar" oil that's a full synthetic 10w-60. I'm not making that up, it actually says "supercar" on the label, but I digress. Anyway, I stopped here the other day and the guys were awesome to talk to, but they didn't have my oil or my filter. However, they let you bring your own unique oil and filter here and they'll change it. I had to order my oil and filter and bring it in to them. I finally got my oil and filter and stopped up today. They didn't rush and took amazing care of my car. I have an extra skid plate under my car that needed to be removed...some places charge extra for this, but not these guys! They checked and double checked everything every step of the way. The cost for this top-notch service...25 bucks!?! I never tip for an oil change, but I tipped these guys...they were awesome! I will definitely be coming back to see these guys for my next oil change!

Adam and Brad are absolutely so lovely ! They have really great interesting conversations while working on your car as well as getting things done in a very fast and sufficient manner. This is probably the best oil change place that I’ve been to in a long time. They were very kind and have just wonderful personalities. Very positive experience.

Aaron and Renee were terrific ! At 5 pm on Thanksgiving Eve....there they were... Aaron, below, changing the filter while Renee was under the hood calling out the fluid names as she topped them off. Both were extremely courteous and professional. This shop and staff did such a great job..... when we got home to Strongsville (which is not that close to Westlake )...I drove our other car all the way back to Costa in Westlake to get it's oil changed. I'll never go anywhere else. Thank you Aaron and Renee !!

Great service, quick and straight to the point. They didn’t try to give me a sales pitch for things I didn’t need which I appreciated. Will definitely be returning for all my future oil changes
