Detroit Dover Animal Hospital

My family and I have been going to Detroit Dover for 40 years. They have always been professional and great with all of our pets. Dr Cunningham has been taking care of my 15 year old dog who was diagnosed with vertigo last fall. He is amazing with her! Thank you to all at Detroit Dover. ❤️

With out being able to go inside because of this lousy Covid19 I can only say so much. The staff was Very easy to deal with and the doctor explained everything to me that was easy to understand. I guess a very nice bedside manner

Detroit Dover is by far the best vet I have ever taken one of my animals to. Sandy, my 11 year old yellow lab has been going there for almost 2 years now. She has had her annual visits and checkups but she also has had two procedures done here. One to remove a cyst on her shoulder and the other was a dental procedure. Being's Sandy is a senior, I am always worried when she has to be put under with anesthesia. Detroit Dover does extensive lab work 2 months prior and even the day of the procedure if you want it. They are understanding, compassionate and very responsive. Sandy typically sees Dr. Hughes who is absolutely fantastic. She really goes the extra mile and takes the time to go over things in depth with you! Overall I love Detroit Dover and will continue to let them make sure my animals are healthy and on a good path!

All staff are great here & Dr. Hughes is the best, especially for grooming my Himalayan Persian cat, Crystal, when her fur gets matted. Dr. Hughes is so artistic & creative at shaving the large mats out & giving Crystal a really cute look, leaving most of the rest of her fur. So amazing!!

Everyone is friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. We were seen in a timely manner. We have been coming here for a very long time, which says a lot. Thank you for the wonderful care.
