“Where to start. Dr. DeFina went above and beyond today, at the expense of running behind with the rest of the patients for the day. I had a prior HORRIFIC experience with another person who calls themselves a dentist (James Glinatsis in Willoughby), causing my crown to fall off due to a poor seat. After 2 bouts of chronic bone infections, 2 faulty crowns and 2 roots canals, I gave up on going to the dentist. Fast forward 5 years, my crown falls off, and the anchor part of the tooth disintegrated.
